Commercial Roofing Contractor Flat, Low-Slope & Metal Systems

Choosing a commercial roofer is a different exercise from hiring a residential one. The building is an asset on a balance sheet, the roof protects inventory or tenants rather than a family, and the wrong decision shows up as downtime and a claim rather than a stain on a ceiling. Three things separate the contractors worth shortlisting: they survey drainage and the deck before quoting rather than pricing by square footage, they are approved by the manufacturer whose warranty they are selling you, and they will phase the work around your operating hours instead of asking you to close. Ariston is licensed by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, bonded and insured, and has been working commercial and industrial buildings across the Rio Grande Valley for over thirty-five years. Whether you need commercial roof repair on a system with life left in it or a full commercial roof replacement, the assessment that decides which is free.

Our Roofing Services
in the Rio Grande Valley

Modified bitumen, single-ply membrane and built-up systems for warehouses, offices and retail units. We assess drainage before specifying anything, because most flat roof failures in the Valley trace back to ponding water rather than the membrane itself.

Standing seam and R-panel metal systems for industrial and agricultural buildings. Long service life, strong wind performance, and installed to manufacturer spec so the warranty stays valid.

Leak location, membrane patching, flashing and penetration repair, and decking replacement where water has already got in. We find the actual entry point rather than patching the stain below it.

Full tear-off, decking inspection and repair, insulation and new system installation. We phase the work around your operating hours and keep the building watertight throughout.

Scheduled inspections and preventative repairs that catch small failures before they become interior damage. Most commercial roof replacements we see could have been deferred years by maintenance.

We inspect the roof, photograph the condition, and provide a written scope with a fixed price. No obligation, and no pressure to replace something that can be repaired.

We schedule commercial work around your operations — early starts, weekend phases, or section-by-section so parts of the building stay in use. Tell us your constraints before we quote and we will build the schedule around them.

Yes. We document damage with photographs and a written scope, meet the adjuster on site, and complete the approved work. Commercial claims usually involve more scrutiny than residential, so proper documentation from the start matters considerably.

Three measurements settle it. First, how much of the roof is wet: a moisture survey tells you whether the insulation under the membrane is saturated in patches or throughout, and saturated insulation is not repairable, only removable. Second, how many times the system has already been repaired, because a membrane carrying a dozen patches has a dozen future failure points. Third, what the remaining manufacturer warranty is worth: repairing outside an approved method can void what is left of it, which changes the economics entirely. We measure all three, put the numbers in writing, and tell you plainly which way the maths points.

Two separate things, and it is worth knowing which you are being sold. The manufacturer warranty covers the material and is only issued when an approved contractor installs to specification, which is why we register every system rather than leaving the paperwork to you. The workmanship warranty is ours and covers how it was fitted. A quote that mentions only one of the two is telling you something. We set out both in writing, with terms and durations, before you sign anything.
